ABOUT ME
I am licensed marriage and family therapist and I provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Oriented Recovery Services, Seeking Safety, and Motivational Interviewing. With children I use play and therapeutic art techniques to help facilitate expression of difficult and uncomfortable emotions. Through counseling and treatment, my goal is to help foster motivation, gain perspective, and help you achieve balance in your life.
